How the work is set up
Shared document templates
Files look the same from candidate to candidate, so the employer and the authority are not guessing.
Status both sides can see
The agency and the employer get the same picture of where each file stands.
Relationships that last more than one placement
Multi-year work with a small number of agencies is preferred over one-off transfers.

Terms
A written agreement before the first file. The employer always knows which agency the candidate comes from. NVA Global does not employ the workers and does not take a fee from them.
